Bodyline

People don’t care about how to have a healthy life now, they eat a lot of high calorie food all the time, and don’t do any exercise.  Day after day, they are putting on weight and getting more unhealthy.  People know ways to lose weight, and they can lose weight successfully, but they don’t know how to make the perfect bodyline. Even though you can lose weight, you don’t have a good bodyline to dress well. According to this reason, I’m going to share with you guys some exercises that you can easily do. Don’t need to worry that you don’t have time to do exercises, because they only take a few minutes a day.  Keep it up for days, then you can get a good body line.

The first one is an abdominal exercise, you can do it when you are watching TV. First, sit on the floor with your legs bent in front of you, and your arms straight in front, then lean back gradually, keep arms horizontal with the floor and tummy tight. Go as far back as comfortable, finally, slowly return to sitting position, do it for 15 minutes a day is enough.

The second one is also an easy one, stand in front of a chair, arms straight in front, slowly start to sit down, stop before your butt hits the chair, and slowly straighten to standing, also do it for 15 minutes is fine.

These exercises are easy to do and you can do it anytime, only few minutes a day is ok, it is easier to keep doing it everyday, try and share your feelings.
